What's a trial walk ?
A trial walk is a one-time introductory visit designed to make sure routines, comfort, and expectations are aligned.
There’s no obligation to continue after the trial — it’s simply a chance to confirm that TailMates is the right fit for you and your pet.
During the trial:
One leashed neighborhood walk for dogs or an in-home drop-in visit for other pets.
Approximately 20–30 minutes, depending on your pet’s routine
Calm, routine-focused care aligned with your preferences and your pet’s needs
Follow-up after the visit to confirm next steps
